MBWE Curriculum

8 weekly 2.5 hour Sessions + half-Day (4 hour) Retreat
(80% attendance is required for all sessions to receive a certificate of completion)

  • a personal journal with reading materials

  • access to guided meditations

  • refund options within 1 week after course starts

  • qualifies for IMTA accredited Mindfulness Teacher Training Programme & other CFM certification courses
