8-Week Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) Program - Females only
This 9-session program, conducted over 8 weeks, facilitates a comprehensive understanding of the happiness paradigm. Participants are empowered to proactively enhance their wellbeing, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to navigate life's challenges and opportunities. By immersing yourself in this course, you'll discover the keys to unlocking a more meaningful and flourishing existence, fostering a profound sense of personal growth and contentment.
MBWE Curriculum
8 weekly 2.5 hour Sessions + half-Day (4 hour) Retreat
(80% attendance is required for all sessions to receive a certificate of completion)
What you receive in the course:
8 week of live teacher led sessions
a personal journal with reading materials
access to guided meditations
refund options within 1 week after course starts
qualifies for IMTA accredited Mindfulness Teacher Training Programme & other CFM certification courses
certificate of completion if 80% attendance is achieved
