Pancaran, meaning “the beam of light,”

Indra, meaning “our senses

Pancaran Indra, the beam of our senses.

“What you seek is seeking you”

— Rumi

A mirror can only be functioning as a mirror when it is reflecting its surrounding, otherwise it is meaningless, it’s non-existence. To reflect the true essence of everything, it requires stillness. Just like the surface of water when it’s flat, still and calm, then it will reflect the true essence, the beauty of its surrounding.

Our consciousness is a processor of our senses, it collects the data, interprets them and gives meaning to our experiences based on each of our filters, therefore we all experience things differently. There are different stages of our consciousness, and everything is real at each particular stage of consciousness. There are different stages for any of us to reach to the state where we can at a certain level of consciousness in order to reflect. The first step is to acknowledge our senses.

Pancaran Indra, helps to facilitate your experience to be in touch with your senses and hold space for your journey.

Wellness is about making a conscious decision to take action for the purpose of improving our well-being.

  • Founder. Art. Photographer. Philosophy. Photography. Scuba.

Art has been an integral part of my journey since I first discovered my passion at the age of 14.

It all began with using markers to draw on everyday items like bags, shoes, and anything else that inspired me. This initial spark led me to make art my primary focus. I delved into art studies, became an art student, and upon graduation, I immersed myself in assignments with various advertising, graphic design, and publication agencies.

After gaining diverse exposure in the creative industry, I sought a new career path to further contribute to the field. This decision led me to the Advertising & Promotion department in high fashion industry, where my exposure to art widened significantly. Working with prestigious brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Instant, Jean Paul Gaultier, Sonia Rykel, Emanuel Ungaro, Krizia, Dirk Bikkemberg, Matsuda and 30 others designers for their Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter collections and many others for their seasonal collections provided me with invaluable experiences in different art forms. Despite my engagement in the fashion industry, I continued to hone my illustration skills as a personal pursuit. This practice evolved into working with prints on paper, canvas, fabric, and screen, blending my passion for art seamlessly with my professional endeavors.

With over 30 years of experience in art and illustration, I have come to the realization that consistent practice, particularly in portrait and hyper-realistic drawing, is paramount. Such dedication not only refines technical skills but also nurtures a profound appreciation for artistry, evoking warmth and passion in one's heart.

Illustrations play a crucial role in capturing attention, enhancing branding, establishing a unique visual style, and effectively communicating messages. They have the power to create memorable and relevant visuals that resonate with audiences, thereby aiding in the development of a distinct identity.

In essence, illustrations are a potent tool that can elevate the impact and reach of one's creative work, ensuring that artistic endeavors reach their full potential efficiently.

Shizuka’s strong interest in the well-being via a natural way was awaken when she was a teenage and she started to explore, learn and cook plant base recipes from cook books and workshops. She realized a one size fit all remedy does not exist and she found that the body tells the person what the body needs to take in and what not to, which is not only about diet but also about what exercises, daily routine, and healing methodologies to apply.

After graduating from a university in Japan with an Economics degree, she obtained a degree in holistic nutrition from a college in the U.S.A. after gaining knowledge in the in-depth understanding of holistic wellness. And that was the time when she realized that the “nature of beauty” and “simplicity” is the key element for achieving wellness.

She continued to her journey to seek wellness by going to and learning Ayurveda and Yoga in Kerala in India. Over there, her passion to gain hands-on knowledge was strengthened and she obtained a job as a nutritionist at the Vasdeva Vilasam Hospital and nursing home in Kerala in India, which is one of prestigious Ayurvedic hospitals in India. After relocating to Singapore, she conducted classes to Japanese clients by teaching wellness through Ayurveda.

She has long since incorporated experiences of her work in managerial roles and she understood common issues well especially in the mental health and taking it seriously and continued in researching and kept learning new

methodologies to be applied in her work. Now, she has moved on into a new path to serve by helping people heal on an emotional and spiritual level as well as advising on self-improvement to help them grow personally and professionally.

Aside from accredited certifications, she has attended many workshops such as Meditation Teaching courses, Crystal Healing courses, Essential Oil Practitioner course, Angel Healing course, and so on, to deepen her knowledge and she endeavors to show the way to provide unique methodology of hers for healing and transformation to realize who one truly is and to perform the best in one’s private and corporate life.

Currently she is a certified Yoga teacher, her uniqueness for her gentle approach sequences, insightful and meditative approach by using singing bowls and breath works, and many of her clients had given feedback that her methods had achieved healing and motivational effect.
